Refund & Exchange Policy

The Alchemy Forge accepts refunds and exhanges within 14 days of recieving your item. Item will be shipped back at the customers expense.

Please email thealchemyforge@gmail.com with:

• Order number
• Return reason
• Your desired outcome (refund or exhange etc)

Shipping policy

Where products are ready to ship, we endevour to send the item within 1-2 days of recieving the order and/or payment.

Where products are a custom order, please allow up to four weeks from order date to fulfill the order.

The Alchemy Forge does not accept liability for any damage or loss of package caused during shipping and delivery process.
